Click on Tools then on Internet Options

Click on Connections and then on LAN Settings

Check the Box before words -Use a proxy server...

Type/Paste Address and Port numbers, that are posted on post

Click OK

Now DO what is written on the post (join club/contest/campaign)

And when you have got the free item you wanted -

Now turn off the proxy - Go back to Tools►Internet Options►LAN Settings

Check out the box next to words - Use proxy server... and Click OK, OK
