This is the skirt:
1.All you have to do is change your language to this one:

If that one isn't available, choose this one:
2. Wait for the language to change.
3. Log out
4. Log in
5. Go to your suite without changing the language.
6. You will see a bag with the skirt inside.
7. You can now change the language back to normal.
