Hunger Games Inspired Nailed

Hello Readers,

With the new nail polish coming out, I thought I should make a nail polish tutorial. When I looked at the polish's I saw one that immediately struck me as a Hunger Games look.

1. Find the red nail polish, called the Hot Like Fire Nail-polish. It is 10 stardollars and can be found on page four. 

2. Then find the NailPolish Flames. It is on page one. Put it over the red nailpolish. It is 17 stardollars.

Thanks for reading my tutorial, I doubt many people would spend 27 stardollars on nails, I know I wouldn't. Please comment.
