How To Design Cookie Monster!
Hey everyone, below I'm going to show you the steps to design a cookie monster!! :)
1. First start with a background color, I used navy blue. Start with a half circle shape. Then put a line across the top.
2. Now get 4 of the "spiky" shapes and put it on top of the line so it looks like:
3. Eyes! 2 black circles, then 2 smaller white circles in the center.
4. Now place 2 small black circles in the white eyes too. One should be looking up and the other looking down.
And There's Cookie Monster!!
