HB skirt out!

I kind of like the skirt, the price is ok. I think the price should of been like 1Osds because its not a great skirt. Stardoll has been getting expensive when it comes to rare stuff. I hope they dont start to hire even more the prices on the hbs because 16sds on a skirt is way too much for me.
