Free LE Pom Pom Cape?

Apparently there is a way to get this LE for free, since the girl who was telling people about this was a member from stardoll since 2009. She says her friend got it for her and wont tell her how she did it. If any of you has found a way to get this, please tell me.

    I know who she made it look like she has got it for 0sds. Her acc and all LE were stolen, and then sd gave them back, that;s all. It has happened to one of my friends.
