New way to safely trade items!

I was thinking of this idea a long time ago and I cant believe they finally decided to try this new technique out! I think this will solve some scamming problems, since there wont be anyone trying to buy your LE anymore. Like that "F" girl that keeps buying from everyone's bazaar their LE. -_- What do you guys think?
