I found this new necklace for free BUT you have to use a MANUAL proxy and i found one decent one to use!.
1) go to this manual proxy 195.200.193.156 port 8085
2)Type in the proxy box http://www.stardoll.com/en/contest/view.php?id=768
3)then change 'view' to 'finish'
4) go to your beauty parlor and it should be there
