If you are from Turkey you will get it when you log in.
If you are not then..
1) Use a Turkish proxy server such as http://gizlibak.com/en/
2) Paste http://www.stardoll.com/ into the blank URL box.
Hit go or press enter.
3) When the proxy loads stardoll log in.
It will be in your suite!
