Influenster: Frosty VoxBox

Hey guys!

I have a new influenster voxbox that came in the mail a couple of 

weeks ago. Influenster sent me the box to review and so here is my review

for each product.

First I want to talk about:

McCormick Thyme

I don't ever use this item, but I know my dad sure does. 

So, I just gave this to him. He usually adds this to his chickens

or other dishes he creates. It tastes just like any other

dried thyme.

EcoTools Hair Brush

I don't usually brush my hair with this type of brush, since my 

hair is very fine, so I didn't try this at all.

I gave it to my little sister since she has thick and

unruly hair. She enjoys using it, but it isn't an item that

really wowed her.

Fruit Vines 

This is a small snack size meal that is basically a

licorice snack. I don't care for licorice, so I have this one away. 

They all enjoyed it, but it also wasn't a favorite from the family.

Boots No 7

They sent me a serum to 'Protect & Perfect' first signs

of aging. They didn't sent me the 'intense' serum, so that was

a plus. I don't have any wrinkles or anything like that, but I still wanted to try this.

It didn't change the look of my face, but I wasn't expecting anything to change.

Since it does says it helps prevent aging, so I guess it is working.

NYC Expert Last Lip Color

They sent me the shade in Sugar Plum. At first glance I would think it was

a brownish nudish shade, but once applied it look more pinkish to me.

I think it looks nice, but it isn't one of my favorite shades. Also, I didn't like the

finish of this lipstick. It was too shimmery for me.

Rimmel London

They sent me once again the Scandaleyes waterproof eyeliner, so...

I already gave my review on this since my last voxbox. It is an okay eyeliner.

I just wish it was a bit thinner.

They also sent me a eye makeup remover by Rimmel London. I 

normally don't use this sort of thing when getting rid of makeup, since

I like to keep my routines simple, so yeah.

I thought it did a fairly decent job, but not planning on purchasing it.

Celestial Seasonings

They sent me the *Holiday* Green Tea  decaffeinated.

I haven't tried this since I don't drink tea much other than the Arizona

Green Tea, so I have no idea if it is any good or not.

Well, that us all they sent me in this box. I wasn't totally excited to start

using any product particularly this time, but I'm glad I got to try

different products that I never tried before. I will create a video sometime this week

showing closeups of each product and swatches, so stay tune!

it is called Influenster. If you do know about this site, then you're one of the

lucky ones. However, those who haven't heard of it stay tune because I am about to tell you 

what Influenster is and how you can join too!

What is Influenster?

Influenster is a lot of things actually. 

It's a place where members can actually get

FREE products to review and talk about things
you love!

VoxBox

(My recent Voxbox from Influenster)

These free products come in a 

package called a Voxbox. They will send you products

based on the things you like, so you know you are getting some

great products every time. Another great thing is that these products are

FULL SIZED products. 

Review

Also, besides the free products you can check out the site to 

find product  and other kinds of reviews. Reviews from REAL people.

This has helped me so much in determining whether to buy a product

or not. Saved a lot just by using this tool. 

In addition, you can also write a review for any product. 

The categories include:

Food & Beverages

Mom & Baby

Home

Pets

Entertainment 

Fashion

Retailers & Services

The Hub

Moreover, there is a place called 'The Hub' at Influenster where

members can show their blog posts or videos to other influensters! 

It doesn't have to be all about reviews but whatever you're interested in. 

For example, there are Beauty, Fashion, Lifestyle, Food, IN-Fluenster, 

and Entertainment related posts at The Hub. 

If you are interested in getting your work published at The Hub

all you need to do is email your work at 

thehub@influenster.com. 

So, now that you know a little about what Influenster is all about, are you

ready to join this amazing site?

How Do I Join?

You can either join by having someone who is already a member send

you an email invitation to the site or you can go directly to the site.

When you go to www.influenster.com you will see a page similar to 

the one you see above. I say 'similar' because Influenster likes to 

update the site from time to time to keep things

interesting for the members.

On the top right corner you can select 'Sign Up'.

From there a screen will pop out just like the one below.

You can sign up by email or by using you Facebook 

account to input all the information for you.

Once you add your email it will ask you to create a password

for your account. Next you can fill in your personal information 

or you can do this at a later date.

Getting Started

Once you have registered, an account will be created for you from

there you can link all your social media accounts and increase you 'Impact 

Score'.The higher the number in your impact score the more programs you will qualify for.

That means more Voxboxes for you!

Also, your account page will tell you if you have any Snaps to complete.

Snaps play a  part in deciding which Voxbox will best fit you. Snaps mainly

involve you answering some questions. So, I highly suggest for you to keep an 

eye out for any Snaps that need your input.

Account

The other deciding factor are your badges, Badges are, well, badges. They

are virtual badges that can be obtained by clicking on the button called

'Unlock Badges'.

Badges

You can unlock as many badges as you want. There are two 

types of badges: Expert and Lifestyle. These deal with people's interests. 

There is a badge for just about anyone so you

will definitely be able to find some that best fit you. 

Campaigns

Now, let me guess, you are wondering if you've been qualified to

receive a voxbox. Well, there are two ways you can find out.

One Way:

Below Snaps you will see something called "Campaigns".

This is where you can find out if you have been

qualified to any Voxbox.

Second:

Check your email. Influesnter is always quick to send out those

emails to those members who have just qualified for a voxbox.

The Influenster App

Lastly, if you are like me and are mostly on your smartphone when surfing

the internet. Well, Influenster just created an app where you can

check out the site through your phone! It has all the 

cool tools that the main site has, but made to view on your mobile.

Influenster: Caliente VoxBox

Hey guys!

I just wanted to share my latest voxbox. I got a total of 5 full size items from

Influenster. This was sent to me free of charge. The items I got were:

• Hawaiian Tropic Sheer Touch Ultra SPF 30 Lotion 
• KISS Gel Fantasy
• Rice Krispies Treats Blasted S'mores
• Dove Pure Care Dry Oil Nourishing Treatment
• Paula's Choice Skin Perfecting 2% BHA Liquid

I have tried the Rice Krispie treat already and it was pretty good, but it wasn't enough

for me. Even as a snack choice it wouldn't be the best option. The rest of the products I haven't full tried

yet. I am most excited to try the Paula's Choice product, since I am

constantly trying to look for the one skin care product that will help get 

rid of my blemishes. Well, that's basically all I can say about these products. I am just so happy

for receiving all these products for free. This is truly one of the best sites out there.

I can't believe it, but it is true. If I were you and I had a couple of sds 

to spend, I would spend them here.

They have some great colors and it is not just all about the brand.

The eye shadows have a different brush, and yes, they do apply

differently. Some say they are much harder to work with and some

say they are easier. Either way I RECOMMEND buying from this shop. I don't

think I ever recommended anything before, so this is my first.

Influenster: Viva La Voxbox

I just recently received this wonderful box from Influenster and I am loving

the items in this box :D

So, far I've tried one of the Pure Ice nail polishes. The quality is amazing and it 

retails for $1-2! Also, I have tried the lip balm from NYC and it glides on very smoothly and 

hydrated my lips. Lastly, I tried the Spray and Go moisturizer by Vaseline and it was also great. Didn't leave my skin greasy or sticky.

How To: Realistic Doll (Makeup)

Hey guys! New week means new video.

So, today I wanted to show you the makeup version on how to make

you doll look more 'realistic'. I did apply a lot of layers of makeup in this video, but that's

only to show the look more better when you see it from your suite.

Makeup does tend to fade when someone is looking at your doll

from your suite or when you're looking at it.
