Satisfy The Masses
Hello dolls, it's Ana here, with a quick rant about Stardoll. Having always loved Stardoll, I was not surprised when I found myself buying Superstar, but here is the thing I do not think is right whatsoever. Stardoll has become too expensive. With all this Starcoin, and Stardollar thing, Stardoll has proven they want members to find thing affordable, but the thing is they still do not satisfy the needs of every member.
Their prices for Superstar membership and stardollars have escalated quite a bit. For a month's Superstar membership you pay almost seven dollars, and receive only two gifts, and two hundred stardollars.
Keep in mind how other websites work-- (this is solely a few websites I know take membership plans-- Poptropica, a website for kids and teens that is educational and with four dollars a month you unlock costumes, extra credits, extra missions, and early access to Islands-- (the adventures within the website). Girlsense-- a website that sadly closed-- used to charge little back in 2004-2006, until they opened up for free. They had the option to create your own store, fashions, and have auctions and make friends, although sadly it closed because of lack of advertising.
Here are some more options, Imagine Town-- which also closed-- had the options to make your avatar either a famous chef, actress, fashion designer, etc. So versatile, and they had memberships just a bit cheaper than Stardoll.
And while I know, seven dollars may not be a lot, some people cannot afford to waste seven dollars on a computer game. Only a few exclusives are rewarded. And I find it outrageous that to buy a mere ninety stardollars, I have to pay almost three dollars.
In my opinion, I think it would only be fair to pay .50-.75 for every 100 stardollars. Because let me reassure you, with good marketing they could achieve to make a profit.
I mean, Stardoll has partnerships with Barbie, they feature many stores which to reach a younger audience have to make some kind of deal, and if they continue making advertisements for TV shows, things in Pop Culture, and Iphone Cases-- or using the personal vendor strategy-- they could pay every employee well and keep the site running.
Now this in no way bashes on stardoll, because for me it is a price range where it is somewhat acceptable, but what about the other users who want the experience of 'fame' and more 'fashion and friends'?
Is it fair, can you deal with it, or does stardoll need a change to satisfy the masses?

So today I want to show you how to style man`s items on stardoll.
Here`s three outfits that are going to show you:

I used the Fudge boys ''Basketball jacket'' (15 stardollars) and the Mr.Garcon ''Laptop case''(note:this bag is really popular and you`d better get it,even dolls like Etana use it for their outfits,and beside,it`s really cheap-only 57 starcoins!).

And lastly,a rather sporty look.I used the ''Green vest'' from Mr.Garcon,which costs 8 stardollars.I combined it with a pair of purple sneakers and a bright clutch.

Save money! Don't waste a good 500sd!
The winter items have came out in Suite shop, ringing your winter bell. But what are one of the rarest items in starbazaar that is seasonal? Well for one it is the "Heavy snow fall" and the "light snow fall". They both are found as 500 stardollars, but lots of members rather trade for HBS or rares...and maybe a superstar membership. Crazy right? I found the perfect way to get them, 20 stardollars, saving money, no trades.
So you want the snow right? I think we all do ;) So, why not teach you a year's worth of the secret?

- Go to Suite Shop (It's in your suite)
- You'll see the newest items, they are not in there.
- Click on "Decor"
- On top you will see the new LE items, above them you will see a purple ribbon with a magnifying glass. Click on the ribbon
- Now you will see the "search" options. Go over to the brands (some of them listed, DIY, evil panda, ect.)
- Go down until you find, Celebrate Europe. Beside that is [4] Seasonal. Click on "Seasonal" (still can't find it? Look for "Super Spreme" and beside that will be Seasonal."
- Great! Now zoom down until you see 2 WHITE boxes, nothing on or in. They are under the Ornaments
- Click on "Heavy Snow Fall" since the "Light Snow Fall" isn't really working.
- There you have it! 20 stardollars each, you saved 480 stardollars!!!
There you have it! It's a great piece of winter, isn't it what stitches up the entire cloth? No snow, no finished cloth :(

Stardoll Trolls: Attention Seekers Spotted
Hello dollies, Simmingbabe19 here with a post a bit out of my regular comfort zone.
Today I will be talking about internet trolls but in more depth-- stardoll trolls.
There are people with fake celebrity accounts you've heard of, been fooled by, and even the occasional 'Stardoll Moderator' troll. But this girl takes it a bit too far.
Recently having just become a starblogger I was checking out the comments on my first featured post. Being a fan of feedback I was going through them when I saw an advertisement for a club;
Not thinking much about it, I clicked her link to see her so called 'palace'-- at this point I was so bored I just needed an excuse to entertain myself-- and I stumbled across her page. And I must admit, it is decorated quite creatively using Stardesign templates and such:
But her name just made me laugh for a full on ten minutes. The fact she has to announced how spoiled she is online, to an age group of mostly 10's to 20's just cracks me up.
And then her about me, announcing herself as our royal ruler tickled my funny bone quite hilariously.
She made it all fancy, and towards the end it goes into depth about how privileged she is, and how the rest of us are peasants under the rule of the Pinkitas-- whatever that is-- but what astounded me is the attention she has received. It is almost as if this girl (or guy-- you would be surprised the type of hoaxes people play) got what they sought. Attention. Because to be honest she must be having a blast responding to these 'peasants' who full on rant.
What are your thoughts?
Is she funny and just delusional, and does she deserve this attention?
