Just an hour ago Stardoll added the third and final Ramadan hat contest.
To participate in this contest you must go to StarDesign and design a hat or headpiece. Then you must take a picture of your Design. I believe in order to do that, you must buy it, because I do not think the camera works in StarDesign.
