Hello i want to design my own graphic for a suprise for you all, so whats the best program for a graphic? Thankyou

    you can use powerpoint, paint but for a good one photoshop, etc but for free powerpoint and paint

    um.. paint is the worst to use tbh.
    If you want to buy it, use photoshot elements or something..
    but if you want a free one i suggest paint.net (which is what i use) or gimp :D
