Stardoll please do something....

hello dolls (: well yesterday my mother let me extend my SS for the spring pass and i really wanted an LE top. I spent 30 minutes looking for the top and when i did buy it stardoll decided to put up a cheaper one :(.

it bothers me that i cannot choose a brand, color, and item of clothing. Stardoll should give the makeover it gave to the starplaza search to starbazaar

It has been completely changed. You now have a wishlist, aswell. The menu's all look very different and whenever you put your mouse curser over an item it shows the label..

Starplaza Changes!

Stardoll have added a 'Wishlist' section to Starplaza.

It explains in the image above.

What happens is that,

when you are browsing at clothes, and you hover over an item,

it automatically picks it up and shows you the price tag.

There is a little purple heart on the tag,

and you just click that to add the item to your wishlist.

Also,

the background of Starplaza has changed, you can see that above.

To be honest,

I'm not really picky or anything, but I don't like the new Starplaza features.

Spring medoll tutorial

Hey guys! What a pretty new blog starter, huh!
Anyway, I'm doing a spring inspired medoll!
You will need:
DOT eyeliner (black), eyepencil (white), Azure blue eyeshadow, Whispering Skylight eyeshadow, Cashmere rose blusher and mascara (all from DOT)
LUXE Beach Peach glitter lipstick & Lipgloss.

First, put on the mascaras. Then, apply a small bit of Azure blue eyeshadow on the outer of your eye, just a little bit. Then fade the Whispering Skylight eyeshadow into it from the middle (ish) to the start of the Azure. Next, put white eyepencil from the end of the skylight eyeshadow, to the first of the bottom eyelashes. Next, put on the blusher- streak it down the cheekbones. Finally, add in the lipstick and lipgloss and any spring-type  accesories!

Being Indecisive

I'm hoping to attend a 10 day event hosted by ashley_doggett celebrating contemporary art, I'm not sure if there will be bidding or other features but it seems that its harmless fun so I thought I'd give it a go, however, there is a best dressed list and what I want to wear to the premiere is an ombre style skirt/shorts suit, not sure if I want to wear a skirt or shorts, but I'll start with shorts even though I'll probably end up in a skirt.

but I cant decide what colour I want to use, so here is an image for you to select from:

what would you choose, the sunset or the mint ? I also have made a nice lavender skirt but I think it would look nicer as a pair of shorts, stardoll should have more models in stardesign

I'm also going to make a matching blazer or jacket so what colour do you think looks best?

Michelle Phan Spring Delight Tutorial

Hey Girls and guys!

   Today I have another tutorial for you all! Sadly there was no one that resoponded to my other tutorial so their photos will not be posted. This tutorial will use Dot's new pastel colors! This tutorial is totally inspired by Michelle Phan!

You Will Need:

• Marigold Eye Pencil
• Lavender Dove Eye Pencil
• Azure Sky Eyeliner
• Buttercup Eyeliner
• Amaryllis Eyeliner
• Black Masscara (either volumizing, lengthening, of both.)
• Melon Madness Lipstick
• LUXE gloss (optional)
• Melon Madness Blush
• Rosy Dawn Eyeshadow

Step 1: Apply the Rosy Dawn Eyeshadow in the area shown.




Step 2: Put the Marigold Eye Pencil in the area shown.




Step 3: Add the Lavender Eye Pencil to the inner corner of your eye and fill in with the Marigold.




Step 4: Apply the Azure Sky Eyeliner on the bottom right half of your lashline.





Step 5: Apply the Buttercup eyeliner in the inner corner of your eye by the tear ducts.




Step 6: Apply the Amaryllis Eyeliner into the outer corner of your eye. Make sure not to add any wingtips or cat-eyes.



Step 7: Masscara




Step 8: Apply the Melon Madness Blush as Michelle Phan said, "Just beat your cheeks with it. You want them to SCREAM spring!"




Step 9: Put on the Melon Madness Lipstick. This color reminds me of the Strawberry Blast Chubby Stick I got from Clinique!




Step 10: LUXE lipgloss (optional)




Finished. I know how some of you thought my last tutorial looked "Strange" so I decided to take better photo of the complete make up! I am wearing a basics white tank top and the "It Girl" soft teal cage dress.
