Has anyone else noticed this?

Hi! :] This has happened a few time to me and I want to know if anyone else has noticed it. Basicly if you just type 'stardoll' into google, no .com or anything, then it comes up like this ;

(If you click on it, you'll see what I mean)

Whereas if you type in the stardoll LINK (stardoll.com) if brings you to the same page, but with a different layout;

Why did Stardoll do this? Any ideas? :\
