Today I'm Showing The Ke$ha "We R Who We R" Makeup Tutorial! Enjoy.

Add Blue Pencil Eye Kohl And Black on Top, Add Black Eyeshadow On Lids, And Add Blue EyeStick On Eyes Drag Out To Create A Wild Look! Add False Lashes And LUXE Glitter (Use LUXE Eyeshadow UnderNeath Eyes)!
Add Blue Lipstick If You Have It Or Do My Option "Ad 2 Coats Of Black And A Coat Of White Over Lips)!
Add These New Hotbuys Earrings, They Look Just Like What Ke$ha Wears!
And This Is The Finished Look! Just Add A Dirt Like Dark Brown Blush And Nose Ring! Hope Y'all Love This As Much As I Do!
I CREATED THIS LOOK! I Have Yet to Seen Anyone With This Look!

    If your going to do the dirt blush i think you should darken the skin tone to give it a more dirty effect :)
